About Us
Lotus Touch was founded by New Life in 1998 when therapists sought alternatives to traditional nut-oil based massage lubricants. New Life reached out to industry leaders asking them to formulate a product that would meet this need. After several unsuccessful attempts, New Life began to manufacture their own line of lubricants.
Lotus Touch was introduced to the industry in 1999 with the launch of 5 products formulated without nut oils, mineral oils and direct alcohols. Since its inception the line has grown to over 250 products and now includes herbal soaking sachets and soy aromatherapy candles. In September 2006, the company introduced Organic Naturals; massage products formulated with Certified Organic Ingredients.
Most recently, the New Life and Lotus Touch merged with Scrip Companies: a Chicago-based supplier to the spa, massage therapy, beauty and chiropractic industries. For more information on the merger, see Therapist Resources.

Returns
Returns are easy with Lotus Touch! If you are not satisfied, call us at 800-852-3082. Your Account Manager will be able to assist you. If you’ve opened the item specials conditions may apply. If you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number, it must be noted on the outside of the box.
Why don't I see any sale or discounted prices?
In order to see the sale or discounted price, you must log in to the site. If you haven't established a username and password, you will be prompted to set up an account by filling out a simple form. A payment method is not required until you make a payment.
Return Shipping Charges
Lotus Touch will arrange for return shipping on any defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped from our warehouse. You are responsible for shipping charges under any other circumstances.
Return Shipping Methods
We suggest using UPS, FedEx, USPS Insured or some other “insured” means. For your protection, the package should be insured for the full value of the goods. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is completed.
Returns Credit
Lotus Touch will issue your credit once goods are received in a resalable condition. We suggest retaining your shipping receipt in case you need to contact the carrier to trace the package or make a claim.

Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your online payment is transferred securely and safely to our sales department by a SSL server. If you prefer not to pay by Credit Card, we have several alternative methods for you to choose from.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added to your invoice. Common Carriers, such as UPS or FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office Box, so please provide street address.
Note: Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require 2nd Day UPS Service at an additional charge. UPS has recently introduced ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. This service is available upon special request. Please note, the transit time for ground service to Alaska or Hawaii is approximately 10 days. If you have questions, please call us at 800-852-3082.
Orders being shipped outside of the US need to be shipped via an international carrier. Please call us at 800-852-3082 or 952-546-4100 to make arrangements.
Expedited Delivery Services
If you need your order fast, overnight delivery is available on most in-stock items. At your request, we can expedite delivery via UPS delivery services. We will advise you of additional charges incurred for this service prior to processing your order.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a shipment that has obvious physical damage, do not accept the delivery from the driver until you talk with your Lotus Touch Account Manager. Call him/her at 800-852-3082 and explain the situation. If you’ve ordered a piece of large equipment, such as an aesthetic machine or spa/salon table, please open the crate and inspect the entire piece, noting any damage with the driver.
